To delete the Phases

Step 1

To delete the phases, the first thing you need to do is to open the Maintain menu and then open the Jobs Costs sub menu. Later, you need to click the Phases command.

Step 2

After that, just click the Phases ID list box and choose the Phases that you want to delete. Then, click the Ok button.

Step 3

Now, you need to click the Delete button and it will display a message box to ask you whether you want to delete this record. Later, you need to click the Yes button.
