Step 1

To change the customer ID, first, you need to open the Maintain menu and then click the Customers/Prospects command.

Step 2

Next, you ought to click the ChangeID command and it will display a dialog box. You can enter the new ID in the dialog box and then click the Ok button.

Step 3

Later, you will see the Customer ID has changed.
